Terms & Conditions |

A. |
Tour prices quoted are valid to December 31,
2009 and include:
 | Accommodations as indicated in each itinerary, based on
either twin-bedded rooms or double bed rooms (or tents where
applicable). |
| Meals as indicated in each itinerary, and domestic bottled
water with group meals. |
| Arrival and departure transfers and all other land
transportation. |
| For Kilimanjaro and other mountains: Services of
professional and licensed English speaking guides (or other
specified International languages speaking guides), skilled
cook, and enough number of porters for carrying your luggage,
food, and water. |
| For safaris: Services of English speaking driver guide (or
other specified International languages speaking guide), and a
skilled cook for camping safari. |
| Entrance fees to National Parks, game reserves and
museums, and all other applicable fees and taxes. |
| A Safari vehicle, equipped with driver for luxurious game
viewing. |

| B. |
Not included in quoted tour prices:
Costs of passports or visas; excess baggage charges; travel
insurance; airfares and airport departure taxes (unless
explicitly stated); sightseeing, game drives or meals not listed
in the itinerary; personal expenses such as beverages, (other
than bottled water as noted in Tour Inclusions), laundry,
communication charges, and gratuities. |

Reservations and Payments:
A minimum deposit of 50% of the tour price is required at the time
of booking. The remainder of the price of your trip is due 60 days
prior to your departure date. Accepted methods of payments to
our US booking office include check,
money order, wire transfer or credit card. |

Cancellations:
In the event that you should need to cancel (or postpone your
tour), please contact our office in writing immediately.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee -
60 days or more prior
to departure, cancellation fee is $350 per person
30 to 59 days prior
to departure, cancellation fee is 30% of tour price
15 to 29 days prior
to departure, cancellation fee is 50% of tour price
14 days or less prior
to departure, cancellation fee is 100% of tour price |

Alterations to Tours: |

Orio Wildlife Safaris reserves the right to
alter or modify the itinerary of any tour, if air schedule or
surface transportation changes, security matters and/or events
beyond its control make such alterations necessary. |
| F. |
Baggage:
Baggage and personal effects are at owners risk throughout the
tour. |
| G. |
Claims and Refunds:
Except for verifiable extenuating circumstances, refunds are not
made for any missed tour services. There will not be any refund
if you cancel the tour that is in progress. For verifiable claims to be
considered, they must be received in writing within 45 days of
the termination of the tour and be accompanied by supporting
statement from the Tour Operating Company verifying the claim. |

Orio Wildlife Safaris's Responsibility:
Orio Wildlife Safaris acts only as agent for the owners,
contractors and suppliers providing tour services and/or all
related travel services and assumes no responsibility whatsoever
for injury, personal illness, loss or damage to person or
property in connection with any service resulting directly from:
act of God; detention; annoyance; delays; expenses arising from
quarantine; strikes; thefts; pilferage; force majeure; failure
of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled;
civil disturbances; terrorism; government restrictions or
regulations; and discrepancies or changes in hotel services in
which it has no control. Each of these companies companies is an
independent corporation with its own management and is not
subject to the control of Orio Wildlife Safaris.
Orio Wildlife Safaris and/or its local operators reserve the
right to cancel any itinerary or any part of it, or to make such
alterations in the itinerary when deemed advisable for the
comfort and safety of passengers. On advancement of deposit to
Orio Wildlife Safaris, the depositor agrees to be bound by the
above recited terms and conditions. |

Risks:
Orio Wildlife Safaris draws your attention to the fact that
there are certain inherent dangers involved with adventure
travel, and the client accepts them at his/her own risk. |
