The Serengeti National Park is most famous for its endless annual migration. Triggered by the seasonal rains. More than one million and a half white bearded wildebeests, about 5 times more than zebra, and 3 times more than Thomson’s gazelles gather to undertake their long trek to new grazing lands in the Western Corridor of the Park and on to Maasai Mara in Kenya. It is estimated that each year more than six million hooves pound the legendary Serengeti’s endless plains. Also the Serengeti National Park is widely regarded as the best wildlife reserve in the world due to its density of predators and preys.
